The climate in 2013 was characterized by abundant winter and spring rainfall that have influenced the growth of buds and blooms.
The ripening process began with about 15 days later than the last harvests; delay of 15 days on the maturation confirmed by the maturation curves verified on the vineyard pilot from August 16 until today.
The weather of the last 3 weeks of September was crucial with strong temperature ranges : day + 28/30 ∞ C - Night + 6/8 ∞ C , with stable sunny climate and with 10/12 hours of natural daylight.

After a long year of work and continuos commitment, during which we faced both some moments of unexpected cold and periods of drought, we are now facing this harvest with great enthusiasm.

Harvest and Winemaking

The seasonal pattern of Harvest 2011 was characterized by a mild and rainy spring, also for the first part of summer a high rainfall was confirmed with below average temperatures.
